Our knowledge of image sensors and optics allows us to precisely calibrate your sensor specifically for the optics used. In doing so the whole system is optimized for image acquisition and processing, eliminating unwanted effects directly inside the camera. Your advantages: The result is a high-contrast and color-coordinated image. The calibration steps:LCLens Shading CorrectionThe shadings are might be caused by glass surfaces of wide angle lenses. With our correction algorithm we are able to remove this issure. 
DRACDemosaic Resize Aperture Correction (Sharpness)This algorithm is necessary for the enhancement of the images. Especially the sharpness which describes the clarity of detail in a image. 
CCMColor Correction MatrixThis algorithm is designed to eliminate the overlap in the color channels. 
AWBAutomatic White BalanceAutomatic white balance adjust unrealistic colors, so that objects which appear white in person are rendered white in your image. 
The calibrations by Helion
The Micron image sensors MT9..1..are equipped with LC, DRAC, CCM, AWB, AE and Gamma. The MT9V125 and MT9V135 includes additionally a Video Encoder. Optional feature is the HSC-FPGA by Helion, which enables the integration of additional functions, i. e. Image data processing or overlay functions.  The Micron image sensors MT9..0..are not equipped with LC, DRAC, CCM, AWB, AE, Gamma and a Video Encoder. Here the HSC-FPGA by Helion or a DSP is necessary to enable the integration of these important functions. The image data parameterization, image data processing and overlay functions are provided automatically by the HSC-FPGA.
